Apple Pudding — Mother

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 5 Jonathan apples
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 5 cups sugar
  • Dash of cinnamon

Method

  1. Put eggs, water, flour, baking powder, and melted butter in blender and blend.
  2. Sprinkle lemon juice on apples.
  3. Pour sugar and cinnamon on apples and mix.
  4. Pour blended batter over the apples in a well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  5. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 1 hour.
