Apple Pudding — Mother

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 5 Jonathan apples
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 5 cups sugar
- Dash of cinnamon
Method
- Put eggs, water, flour, baking powder, and melted butter in blender and blend.
- Sprinkle lemon juice on apples.
- Pour sugar and cinnamon on apples and mix.
- Pour blended batter over the apples in a well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 1 hour.
