Baked Brie

Ingredients

  • 1 wedge Brie cheese
  • 1 pkg. Phylo dough or puff pastry (Pepperidge Farm puffed pastry is best)
  • Simply Fruit preserves
  • 1 egg (plus a little water, for egg wash)

Method

  1. Put Simply Fruit preserves on brie cheese. Encase brie with pastry.
  2. Mix egg with a little water & brush on pastry.
  3. Bake at 350° for at least 1/2 an hour or till golden brown.
  4. Cool 1 hr.
  5. Serve with crackers.
