Baked Brie
Ingredients
- 1 wedge Brie cheese
- 1 pkg. Phylo dough or puff pastry (Pepperidge Farm puffed pastry is best)
- Simply Fruit preserves
- 1 egg (plus a little water, for egg wash)
Method
- Put Simply Fruit preserves on brie cheese. Encase brie with pastry.
- Mix egg with a little water & brush on pastry.
- Bake at 350° for at least 1/2 an hour or till golden brown.
- Cool 1 hr.
- Serve with crackers.
