Baked Brie
Ingredients
- 1 wedge of Brie cheese
- 1 package Phylo dough or puff pastry (Pepperidge Farm puffed pastry is best)
- Simply Fruit preserves
- 1 egg + a little water (egg wash)
Method
- Put Simply Fruit preserves on the Brie cheese.
- Encase the Brie with the pastry.
- Mix the egg with a little water and brush the egg wash on the pastry.
- Bake at 350° for at least half an hour or until golden brown.
- Cool for 1 hour.
- Serve with crackers.
