Baked Brie

Ingredients

  • 1 wedge of Brie cheese
  • 1 package Phylo dough or puff pastry (Pepperidge Farm puffed pastry is best)
  • Simply Fruit preserves
  • 1 egg + a little water (egg wash)

Method

  1. Put Simply Fruit preserves on the Brie cheese.
  2. Encase the Brie with the pastry.
  3. Mix the egg with a little water and brush the egg wash on the pastry.
  4. Bake at 350° for at least half an hour or until golden brown.
  5. Cool for 1 hour.
  6. Serve with crackers.
