Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups water (less 2–3 tablespoons)
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 1/4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup wheat flour
- 2 3/4 cups bread flour
- 1 heaping teaspoon corn meal
- 2 3/4 teaspoons gluten
- 1 heaping tablespoon bulgur
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk
- 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
Method
- Use bread machine according to manufacturer's directions.
