  • 1 1/3 cups water (less 2–3 tablespoons)
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup wheat flour
  • 2 3/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 heaping teaspoon corn meal
  • 2 3/4 teaspoons gluten
  • 1 heaping tablespoon bulgur
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
