Broccoli Corn Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 Tbs. chopped onion
- 4 Tbs. butter (melted)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
Method
- Boil broccoli for a few minutes & drain.
- Blend broccoli and other ingredients into greased 1 qt. casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hr.
