Broccoli Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen broccoli
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup Pepperidge Farm herb dressing

Method

  1. Boil the broccoli for a few minutes and drain.
  2. Combine the broccoli with all other ingredients and transfer to a greased 1 quart casserole.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
