Cake — Chocolate Kailua
Ingredients
- 1 chocolate cake mix (any kind)
- 1 small chocolate instant pudding
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 large package chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup warm water or Kahlua
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
For the glaze (optional)
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
- 6 tablespoons butter
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Grease and flour a bundt pan and pour in the batter.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Remove from the pan when the cake is completely cool.
- Dust with powdered sugar.
- For the optional glaze, melt the semi-sweet chocolate and butter together, then drizzle over the cake.
