Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 2 bars German sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cups strong coffee
- 5 eggs (separated)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Method
- Melt 2 bars in coffee.
- Beat in egg yolks 1 at a time.
- Add vanilla.
- Beat whites till stiff and fold into chocolate mixture.
- Chill.
