Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 2 bars German sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup strong coffee
- 5 eggs, separated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- Melt the 2 bars of chocolate in the coffee.
- Beat in the egg yolks one at a time.
- Add the vanilla.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the chocolate mixture.
- Chill.
