Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 bars German sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cup strong coffee
  • 5 eggs, separated
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

  1. Melt the 2 bars of chocolate in the coffee.
  2. Beat in the egg yolks one at a time.
  3. Add the vanilla.
  4. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Chill.
