Chuck Roast (Magical Meat)

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 lbs chuck roast
  • 3 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 12 oz pineapple juice (canned)
  • 2 large onions
  • carrots, potatoes, celery (no quantities specified)

Method

  1. Wash meat, cut off fat, and season. Combine soy sauce, ginger, and pineapple juice, then pour mixture over meat.
  2. Slice the onions on top. Add carrots, celery, and potatoes.
  3. Bake at 325° covered for 3 hours.

Tips & Notes

  • Better the 2nd day.
