Chuck Roast (Magical Meat)
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lbs chuck roast
- 3 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp ginger
- 12 oz pineapple juice (canned)
- 2 large onions
- carrots, potatoes, celery (no quantities specified)
Method
- Wash meat, cut off fat, and season. Combine soy sauce, ginger, and pineapple juice, then pour mixture over meat.
- Slice the onions on top. Add carrots, celery, and potatoes.
- Bake at 325° covered for 3 hours.
Tips & Notes
- Better the 2nd day.
