Chuck Roast (Magical Meat)
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lbs. chuck roast
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
- 12 oz. can pineapple juice
- 2 large onions
- Carrots, potatoes, celery
Method
- Wash the meat, cut off the fat, and season.
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, ginger, and pineapple juice.
- Pour the mixture over the meat.
- Slice the onions on top.
- Add the carrots, celery, and potatoes.
- Cover and bake at 325° for 3 hours.

- Better the 2nd day.
