Classic Biscotti

Ingredients
- 3.75 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)
- 1 2/3 cup almonds
Method
- Toast almonds.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Mix eggs, vanilla, and almond extract together, then add to dry ingredients.
- Divide dough into quarters and roll into logs.
- Bake 35 minutes and remove from oven.
- Slice on angle and rebake 5-7 minutes per side until golden.
