Cranberry Dish
A warm cranberry bake with apples and oatmeal topping
Ingredients
- 3 cans whole cranberry sauce
- 5 Pippin apples, peeled, bite size
- 3/4 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup (or less) honey
- 3 cups oatmeal
Method
- Use a 12 by 7 inch Pyrex casserole.
- Mix together the butter, honey, and oatmeal until the oatmeal is moist.
- Put the cranberry sauce in the bottom of the casserole; add the apple chunks.
- Spread the oatmeal mixture on top.
- Bake uncovered at 350°.
