Cranberry-Orange Salad

Ingredients
- 2 pounds cranberries
- 2 packages cherry Jell-O
- 4 whole oranges
- 3 cups sugar
- Boiling water
Method
- Grind 2 pounds cranberries; put half of the berries in a pan with 3 cups sugar and 1/2 cup water.
- Boil a few minutes, then turn off the heat.
- Dissolve the cherry Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups boiling water and add to the cooked mixture.
- Add the oranges, which have been ground with the skin.
- Chill.
