Ethel's Chocolate Frosted Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cups butter (melted)
- 1/2 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 sq.s chocolate (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla
frosting
- frosting (cream, powdered sugar, vanilla) (3 Tbs. cream, 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1 Tsp. vanilla)
Method
- Cream sugar & butter. Add egg & beat. Add melted chocolate.
- Sift flour with soda, add milk, stir in flour and milk alternately. Add vanilla.
- Bake at 350° for 10-12 min. Frost when cool.
