Granny's Apple Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 scant cup milk (scant)
  • 1 cube margarine (not fat free or lite)
  • 1 or 2 can apple pie filling (or peach; 1 or 2 cans)

Method

  1. Melt margarine in a 9x12 baking dish.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, and milk together and pour over melted margarine. Do not stir.
  3. Add the apple pie filling on top of the batter, then drizzle any syrup from the can over it all. Do not stir.
  4. Bake at 375° until brown.
