Hash Brown Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 24 oz hash browns, thawed (pkg, thawed)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 sticks butter
- 1 tbsp onion flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- crushed garlic (optional)
- parmesan cheese (on top, optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together and transfer to a greased Corning Ware or Pyrex baking dish.
- Top with parmesan if desired, then bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
