Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 24 oz hash browns, thawed (pkg, thawed)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 sticks butter
  • 1 tbsp onion flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • crushed garlic (optional)
  • parmesan cheese (on top, optional)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together and transfer to a greased Corning Ware or Pyrex baking dish.
  2. Top with parmesan if desired, then bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
