Libby's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 eggs
- 15 oz Libby's pure pumpkin (canned)
- 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk (12 oz. can)
Method
- Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves in small bowl.
- Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.
- Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.
- Gradually stir in milk and pour in pie shell.
- Bake in 425° oven for 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350°; bake 40–50 minutes or until inserted knife is clean.
- Cool on wire rack 2 hr.
