Libby's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 oz Libby's pure pumpkin (canned)
  • 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk (12 oz. can)

Method

  1. Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves in small bowl.
  2. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.
  3. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.
  4. Gradually stir in milk and pour in pie shell.
  5. Bake in 425° oven for 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350°; bake 40–50 minutes or until inserted knife is clean.
  6. Cool on wire rack 2 hr.
