Mother's Apple Pudding

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 5 Jonathan apples
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 cups sugar
- cinnamon (dash)
Method
- Put eggs, water, flour, baking powder, and melted butter in blender to make batter.
- Sprinkle lemon juice on apples.
- Pour sugar & cinnamon on apples. Mix.
- Pour blended batter over the apples in well greased casserole (1 1/2 qt. size).
- Bake at 350°, uncovered, 1 hr.
