Mother's Apple Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 5 Jonathan apples
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 cups sugar
  • cinnamon (dash)

Method

  1. Put eggs, water, flour, baking powder, and melted butter in blender to make batter.
  2. Sprinkle lemon juice on apples.
  3. Pour sugar & cinnamon on apples. Mix.
  4. Pour blended batter over the apples in well greased casserole (1 1/2 qt. size).
  5. Bake at 350°, uncovered, 1 hr.
