Noodle Kugel
Ingredients
- 1 pound broad noodles
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 cup sugar
- Cinnamon to taste
Method
- Boil the noodles, then drain.
- Combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, vanilla, butter, raisins, warm milk, and sugar with the drained noodles.
- Transfer the mixture to a well-greased casserole dish.
- Top with a cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Bake at 375° (or 350°) until browned.
Tips & Notes
- Can be cut and frozen.
