Oriental Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 4 pounds diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 teaspoons grated onion
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup mayo + 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 13 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
- 11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients and chill.
Tips & Notes
- Can be made the day before and the spices will get stronger and better.
- Garnish with extra grapes and almonds.
