  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsps bk pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter ((melted))

Method

  1. Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, beat the egg, then stir in the milk and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet into the dry and stir just until combined — lumps are fine.
  4. Heat a greased pan or griddle over medium. Pour about ¼ cup per pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on top and the edges look set, about 2 minutes, then flip and cook 1–2 minutes more.
