- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsps bk pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp butter ((melted))
Method
- Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat the egg, then stir in the milk and melted butter.
- Pour the wet into the dry and stir just until combined — lumps are fine.
- Heat a greased pan or griddle over medium. Pour about ¼ cup per pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on top and the edges look set, about 2 minutes, then flip and cook 1–2 minutes more.
