Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 small can evaporated milk (6 oz.)
- Small lump of oleo
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1½ cups peanut butter
Method
- Combine the sugar and evaporated milk in a saucepan and add a small lump of oleo.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 3½ minutes.
- Continue boiling until the mixture forms a soft ball in cold water.
- Remove from the heat and add the vanilla and peanut butter.
- Beat until it thickens slightly, then pour onto a buttered pan.
- When cool, cut into squares.
