Pie Crust — Robin's & Martha Stewart's

Yield1 double crust

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 cup ice water

Method

  1. Mix dry ingredients together; cut in butter with a pastry blender.
  2. Add ice water slowly.
  3. Chill at least 30 minutes before rolling.
