Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Water
  • Yeast
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 large can tomato paste
  • Mozzarella
  • Pepperoni
  • Oregano

Method

  1. Make the dough as taught, using the flour, yeast, and water.
  2. Combine the tomatoes and tomato paste to make the sauce.
  3. Oil the bottom of the pan with the olive oil.
  4. Press the dough into the pan, then spread the sauce over it and add the pepperoni.
  5. Top with mozzarella.
  6. Sprinkle oregano on top and bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
