Potato Casserole Hash Brown

Ingredients
- 24 ounce package hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cube butter
- 1 tablespoon onion flake
- 1 teaspoon salt & pepper
- Crushed garlic (optional)
- Parmesan on top, optional
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix all ingredients together and put in a greased corning ware or Pyrex dish.
- If using Parmesan, sprinkle it on top.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
