Robin's & Martha Stewart's Pie Crust
Yield1 double crust
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 sticks unsalted butter (cut in small pieces)
- 1/2 cups ice water
Method
- Mix dry ingredients together; cut in butter with a pastry blender.
- Add ice water slowly.
- Chill at least 30 minutes before rolling.
