Ingredients

  • 1 lb tomatoes (hard, roma)
  • 1/4 onion
  • cilantro (3–4 sprigs)
  • 1/4 lime (use pulp)
  • garlic (1–4 cloves)
  • 1/2 serrano chile
  • 1/4 green pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Chop garlic and chile in salsa maker.
  2. Add tomatoes (quartered), onion, cilantro with stems and everything else. Chop for desired texture.
