Ingredients
- 1 lb tomatoes (hard, roma)
- 1/4 onion
- cilantro (3–4 sprigs)
- 1/4 lime (use pulp)
- garlic (1–4 cloves)
- 1/2 serrano chile
- 1/4 green pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Chop garlic and chile in salsa maker.
- Add tomatoes (quartered), onion, cilantro with stems and everything else. Chop for desired texture.
